Recipe:
1. Boil 2 Cups of water in a pan
2. Add 2 tea spoon tea leaves & 2 table spoon sugar and then bring it to a boil
3. Add 2 Cups Milk & 1 tea spoon of Shyam Tea Masala
4. Boil for 5 minutes , Strain & your Kadak Chai is ready
you can also make masala milk by shyam tea masala just add 1 tea spoon of tea masala into 250 ml hot milk & your masala milk will be ready
You can also use shyam tea masala in black tea, thandai as well as in kadha.
