BHAJI BLISS (Pav Bhaji)
1. Add 3 tbsp oil/ghee in a pan and fry 2 finely chopped onions till golden brown.
2. Add 2 tomatoes puree, 1 1/2 tbsp shyam pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, and salt as per taste and fry,
3. now add 400 gm boiled vegetables (Potato, cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, capsicum, and peas) mash and cook for 2-3 minutes,
4. Add 1 tsp butter and chopped coriander, apply butter to the pav and cut it. Serve hot with onion and lemon
