Spicy Chickpea Delight

1.Soak 100 grams chickpeas overnight and add 1/2 tsp salt in the cooker and cook it till  6-7 whistles

2.add 2 tbsp oil in a pan, 1 bay leaf, 1 piece cinnamon, 1 black cardamom, 1 long chopped green chilli, small ginger piece approx 1 inch and 2 finely chopped onions, fry till golden,

3.then add 2 tomatoes puree, 1 1/2 tbsp shyam chhole masala, Add salt as per taste and cook till oil separates

4. then add the boiled chickpeas with water. Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes and garnish with green coriander and fresh cream.

Serve hot with rice, paratha, or naan. You can also make aloo chhole, paneer chhole or other types of chhole with shyam chhole Masala
