Royal Paneer Delight
1.Heat 3 tbsp oil/ghee,
2.add a paste of 2 onions, and fry till golden brown.
3.Add 5 tbsp tomato puree/ paste and fry for 2 minutes, add 1 tbsp Shyam Shahi Paneer Masala. 2 tbsp cashew paste, 4 tbsp fresh cream and add salt. Add half a cup of hot water.
4.Add 250gm paneer slices and keep on low flame for 5 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream. Serve hot with naan or lachha paratha.
