Shyam Poha Masala

(Exclusive of all taxes)
Wash 200 grams of poha and sieve it. Take 1 tbsp oil, add mustard seeds and green chilies. Then add 2 finely chopped onions and 1 finely chopped potato and let it cook for some time, then add carrots and peas, cook, then add washed poha, 1 tbsp shyam poha masala, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon turmeric, and lemon juice. Mix well, add chopped onions and coriander leaves, and serve.
